    主要运用冷冻电镜、X 射线晶体学、生物化学与细胞生物学等方法研究重要蛋白-核酸复合物机器(重组酶、转座酶和整合酶等)的分子机制及相关疾病的发生机理。主要成果以第一作者(含共一)发表在Mol CellNat Struct Mol BiolNat PlantsMol PlantJBC等主流国际学术期刊。现诚挚邀请对本课题组研究方向感兴趣的青年科研人员和研究生加入,我们共同努力,做出创新性的高水平成果。

    主要研究方向:

    1V(D)J重组RAG重组酶的结构与功能;(2)非同源末端连接关键激酶DNA-PK的结构生物学;(3)其他重要转座酶、整合酶和核酸酶的结构生物学。
