      研究方向/ Research Interests
      集成化生物技术――生物上、中、下游集成化技术与机理研究,特别是具有自主知识产权的基因编辑技术的机理与应用研究。理论上,研究分子生物学原理(基因表达调控)与发酵调控原理(环境因子调控);应用上,通过理性设计结合现代生物技术等实验手段解决微生物转化与降解、蛋白(酶)设计与表达、及生物分离过程中的难题。主要涉及环境微生物转化与降解、微生物制药(甾体与蛋白药物)、与生物分离(蛋白质分离与复性)等领域。
